Changchun New Industries Optoelectronics Tech. Co., Ltd. (CNI) in China is one of the biggest companies and providers of diode pumped solid state lasers (DPSSL) covering 473 nm, 532 nm and 671 nm. Diode pumped solid state lasers are of different types. They are green lasers, blue lasers, yellow lasers and white lasers.
DPSS lasers provide an extremely efficient method of creating laser output by using non linear crystals in the near infrared and observable area. Diode pumped solid state lasers are dependable and constant compared to other lasers. DPSS lasers have excellent beam quality and better wavelengths. These are created by pumping a solid gain medium like ruby or a neodymium doped YAG crystal with laser diodes. DPSS lasers have high competence and compression over other lasers. Q-switching lasers are the lasers which release optical pulses, that is, they depend on the method of Q switching. Q-switching lasers are applicable in drilling, cutting and engraving of materials. Q-switching lasers are also used for material processing, remote sensing and pumping non linear frequency conversion devices.
Noise lasers are lasers with low noise. Noise lasers are dependable, solid and efficient. These lasers are exceptional in keeping beam quality and are not costly. They have great scientific and industrial applications. Single frequency lasers operate on a single cavity mode. Therefore these lasers release quasi monochromatic radiation with a short line width and small sound.
